CEO & Vice-Chairman

Mr. Johnny L. Taylor is Chief Executive Officer and Vice Chairman of Mobile Encryption Technologies, Inc (MET, Inc.). He is responsible for all aspects of executive leadership, joint venture structuring, strategic alliances, technology placement, equity raises, brand roll-out, business execution, business marketing, sales, growth and results. He was appointed to this position in July 2010. Mr. Taylor is a serial entrepreneur in both Technology and Entertainment.

Previously, he served as CEO of T & S Technologies, Inc where he was responsible for overall leadership, profit, loss and growth of the company. T & S Technologies, Inc focused on low voltage, consulting, software, security, technology & mobility solutions for enterprise and municipal organizations. While with T & S Technologies, Inc Mr. Taylor provided the entrepreneurial leadership and vision to grow the company into a leading innovative firm with strong local, regional and national capabilities. Prior to his role with T & S Technologies, Mr. Taylor was a part of four startups in Atlanta, Georgia. Teligent, Inc a national microwave fixed-wireless provider, e.Spire Communications, Inc a national telecom carrier, SONET-Ring provider and wholesale carrier , eDeltaCom a regional telecom carrier, datacenter operator (today QTS) and wholesale carrier and Optical & Wireless, Inc an EFI (engineering, furnace & installation) company which installed carrier class CPE, voice-data-elements, routers, optronics, optical switches and dense-wave-division-multiplexing equipment. Mr. Taylor has served in various executive, operations, sales & marketing roles. He was responsible for developing and executing enterprise & retail sales strategies and channels across multiple segmented organizations.

Mr. Taylor started his career in 1990 with Ashland Oil as a programmer and then with Shell Oil Company – HQ as their LAN/WAN administrator. He has since held numerous positions of increasing responsibility in Mobile Solutions, Technology, Entertainment, Sales, Network Planning, Market Penetration, Business & Consumer Services, Engineering, Mobility and Operations — including a rotational assignment at Teligent, Inc — which was the first “point to point” and “point to multi-point” fixed-wireless provider in the U.S. utilizing Micro-Wave Technologies in the 18 & 23 GHz bands. Teligent rolled out network footprints in 240 U.S. markets and 3 international markets and was publicly traded on the NASDAQ.

A native of Houston, Texas, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science & Mathematics from Texas Southern University, a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business and a Masters in Information Technology (MIT) from American Intercontinental University – Atlanta, Georgia, and he has completed several Executive Leadership Programs.


Mr. Carl Powell serves as President of Integral Capital Partners and President of MET Inc. For MET, he is responsible for the executive management activities of strategy development, corporate finance and capital sourcing. Mr. Powell has extensive strategic and operational expertise in Investment Management, Corporate Finance, Real Estate Development and Mergers and Acquisitions. He was previously a strategy consultant for several years with Monitor Company, a global strategy consulting firm which advises Fortune 50 companies. During his tenure Mr. Powell’s clients were across a diversity of industries both domestically and internationally. He also has several years of corporate experience as a senior strategic planning executive. He has assisted with several billion dollars of acquisition, disposition and investment activities over the past 15 years and currently manages over $120MM in equity for Integral Capital Partners. Most recently he has led ICP’s investments into several technology oriented ventures such as VUMii and Songhai Telecom. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a Hall of Fame Graduate from the University of Mississippi with a B.S. in Accounting. He serves on the boards of The New Markets Tax Credit Coalition, The Trust for Public Land-Atlanta and the Atlanta Downtown Improvement District. He is also a member of the National Association of Securities Professionals.

Chief Marketing Officer

Mrs. Kassaundra Taylor serves as Chief Marketing Officer of Mobile Encryption Technologies, Inc. In this role Mrs. Taylor is responsible for the message, brand, advertising & marketing of MET. A professional Marketing Executive and Manager with proven abilities in sales, marketing, administration, operations, material management and logistics. A goal setting, result oriented leader and team builder able to develop, motivate, and direct teams. Innovative problem solving with strong communicative skills and a positive track record in the Entertainment and Technology Industries. Strategy Development for Sales & Revenue Growth, Sales & Marketing Leadership, Business Channel Development & Enterprise, Consultative Strategist & Great Listener, New Business Launches, Metrics & Results Driven and International Business experience.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Reginald D. Patrick, serves as Chief Financial Officer of Mobile Encryption Technologies, Inc. A native Houstonian, Mr. Reginald D. Patrick is a graduate in the field of Accounting from Texas Southern University. He has tenured several professional employment positions including; former Risk Manager and Financial Accountant of the Port of Houston Authority; former Financial Analyst & Officer of JPMorgan Chase Bank; and former Controller of Vagabond International Inc., a reseller of computer hardware and software to all governmental entities. Mr. Patrick is a 19 year business owner of TCB Tax Service that provides electronic tax services, bookkeeping and accounting services to individuals and small businesses. Mr. Patrick is a franchise owner of H&R Block and he is the current owner of TCB Services which is 8(A) certified by the federal government as a minority company providing industrial equipment, computer equipment and construction services to the Federal Government. Other municipalities certifying TCB Services include; the City of Houston, the Port of Houston Authority, the State of Texas, Metropolitan Transit Authority and the Texas Department of Transportation. Mr. Patrick is also the accountant for Vince Young Foundation. Vincent Young is the former quarterback for the Tennessee Titans, Philadelphia Eagles and currently with the Green Bay Packers of the National Football League.
